Your thoughtful and thorough professionalism made bottling at Ruby Vineyard straightforward and painless. We are impressed with the new truck. It has clearly been designed with the intent to maintain the highest wine quality and consistency throughout the bottling process. Not only that, but what was slated to be two full days of bottling was completed in about a day and a half even with seven change overs. Awesome! Pacific Bottling Services did a great job bottling our Pinot noir and Pinot gris. Noel Arce, the owner and operator, is skilled and organized, making for a smooth and efficient process. Switching between our small lots of reserve Pinot noir was handled with precision. We plan to work with Pacific Bottling again in the future.
